I have updated the patch. I have separated braid group from the rest. Free
groups and finitely presented groups can not be separated, since
FreeGroup.quotient() calls FinitelyPresentdGroup, and
FinitelyPresentedGroup calls FreeGroup, so splitting them in separated
files makes circular dependencies.
