Good catch, I've added the maxima conversion for `expintegral_ei` in the
new patch. I've also changed the top level aliases `si` -> `Si`, `ci` ->
`Ci`, etc.. to match standard notation. The added file `exp_integral.py`
passes all tests, I'm running the full test suite now.
