Actually, I think of 0.9.0 as sort of the stable, LTS release where we had
a *long* feature freeze and concentrated on stability. 0.10.0 is like the
release just after LTS stable release, where we merged in a bunch of new
functionality that was put off during the long feature freeze. There are
some important bugfixes in 0.10.0 (IIRC), but there is a lot of new
functionality in 0.10 too.
