I have written code from scratch to compute the Tutte polynomial of a
graph. I think it is at least correct and maybe even sort of efficient.
Along the way I have written a couple of other routines for the Graph
class that might be useful. I am planning to submit a patch once I figure
out how do that (I am brand new at Sage developing....)
