before the actual "home page worksheet listing")! Spaces in the name of
the worksheet don't matter! "Open With" menu for zip files includes Sage
and it works! Opens txt files (though isn't in the options)!

What do you mean that txt files "aren't in the options"?

 on a bunch of worksheets.

You mean that the window that logs you in and the window with the
worksheet? I agree. I think that requires sagenb changes, but maybe not.

 > Changing the default browser works in that it opens and it tries to get
localhost, but it asks for password and of course I haven't got a clue,
since it usually just logs in. This happened in both FF and Chrome.

Hmm. I can't reproduce this with Safari.

 > In trying to test with an older Sage version, I drag in a different Sage
executable. This works fine. But after I restart Sage.app, the version I
dragged in before (where sws-cmdline works) is still there. ?

Where do you drag the sage executable? To the preferences window? If so
I can confirm that if you do the following it doesn't save

 1. Drag (or otherwise change) the sage executable in the preferences
 window
 2. Quit _without_ changing focus from the text entry code.

This is because some validation and saving of the value is done when focus
is lost. To see what I mean try changing it to a path which doesn't exist
and then change focus (e.g. by hitting tab).

I admit this is quite unfortunate, but I think another ticket should be
 opened for this issue.

(less major) issues above, maybe doing the rebasing and fixing the open
from file option is better after all.

I've rebased things and I'll be uploading other patches once I test them a
little. For the moment this one is updated.
