 Thanks Mike! I just tested and confirm that when I apply the patch that is
 attached to #9107 and then recompile, the missing documentation for
 methods appears.  I will post a few more corrections to the documentation
 shortly (e.g. coproduct_on_generators() in ncsf.py is weird and that
 probably was one of the missing methods before).
