It's not. I am not sure there is an otool equivalent for "ldd -r". Another
point: from the error you get I am expecting that if you start python from
the sage shell and then "import numpy" if will fail with a similar error.
Starting python with "-v" may show us what libraries get loaded exactly
when you import numpy.
