BUMI Terbitkan Bond
PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) akan mengeluarkan exchangeable bond sekitar US$
150 juta untuk membayar utang PT Bakrie & Brothers (BNBR). Menurut sumber
Investor Daily , harga saham BUMI dihargai Rp 6.500 dan dalam waktu tiga tahun
saham itu bisa ditukar dengan harga Rp 10.000 per lembar.
Beberapa pejabat Grup Bakrie dikabarkan sudah melaksanakan beauty contest dan
manajemen berniat menyelenggarakan teleconfrence tentang volume produksi
batubara dan pencekalan direksi guna memuluskan rencana tersebut.
Adanya rencana tersebut membuat semua analis broker asing merekomendasikan buy
saham BUMI karena valuasi dan harga batubara tidak berpengaruh besar terhadap
harga minyak dunia
