What is certain is the long discussion about the pros and cons of the of government direction on the issue blows out by Indonesia Central Bank (BI) about the "redenomination" of local currencies. I don't think this is only a study performed by BI without consent from the government. It indeed create instability in the market and increase the country risk. It will in my opinion change the composition of portfolio by big, foreign, fund manager by decreasing the holding in the Indonesia stocks.
On the other hand, the Gayus's trial is starting to spell out some public listed companies involved in the tax arrangement. And also the plan to move the capital city to Kalimantan ???? All the uncertainties is fundamental, will it bring fundamental implications also to the local stock market? I better have fun and reduce my holding in the market :-) What will you do?
