According to the manga, the outer senshi's posts were very strict. They couldn't even leave to protect Silver Milennium when it was being destroyed. Granted the manga also did show that they had nice video communicators, so they might have seen each other without meeting in person. My guess is the rule was no longer in effect in present Tokyo, as all three of them left at the same time. Then again, Naoko Takeuchi has major plot holes in several parts in her manga. (Mostly with time paradox issues.)
As far as Haruka's dreams go - Princess Serenity also appeared in a vision to Mamoru. This was definatly not Usagi's doing, at least not directly. I think it was more a display of her powers, unconiouslly calling for help from her allies since she knew a battle was coming. Neptune probably did the same thing. As far as Michiru's orientation goes, I've got a slightly different view on whether or not that is something that is totally determined at birth or not, so to avoid a *really* long discussion thread, we can agree to disagreee on that one. ^_^;; I admit that if someone jumped in front of a monster to save me, getting themselves injured in the process, even if they confessed they were stalking me, I probably would be appreciative moreso than scared. ^_^ I just love to pick on Michiru for her possessiveness of Haruka. Also, totally OT, but what does Usagi-tachi mean? "tachi" is an ending that means more than one, correct? (watashi = me, watashitachi = us). Are you trying to say there are multiple Usagi's?
