· Self-motivated and quick-learner team player who can take the full ownership of designs from concept to support · Understand stakeholder’s expectations and objectives · Work independently; Require less oversight/assistance · Ensure processes are followed at all stages of Software Development Life Cycle · Participate/host calls independently with onshore business and technology team · Should be able to understand the problem and recommend solutions during JAD/discussions/meetings · Reviewing requirements specifications and other documents received from the stateside · Prepare and/or review Impact Analysis, HLD and LLD · Develop & unit test Complex Programs/Component · Follow/implement Iterative/Agile methodology · Suggest process improvements to achieve or exceed desired quality Primary Technical Skills (Strong Expertise): · Communication o Capable of clear and concise communication with customers, clients and other non-technical people. o Some experience with code documentation · Technology o .NET Framework 2.0/3.0/3.5 [ASP.NET / Windows Programming] o Web Services, WSE (nice to have) o Visual Basic 6.0 o Service oriented programming experience. [1 year] · Programming Languages o C# o VB.Net [not mandatory] o VB Script, Java Script · Database [2 – 4 years exp] o SQL Server 2005 TSQL (Architecture skills) · Design Tools o 3 + years of Object Oriented Design o MS Visio · SDLC o Iterative/Agile Development Methodology · Configuration Management o Visual Studio Team System Secondary Technical Skills (Desired Expertise): · Technology: o WCF and Windows Workflow · Others: o MS Office Other Skills [Good to have]: · Experience in Banking Domain · Experience in distributed application development Qualifications Required: · B.E./ B Tech / M.E./M Tech · M.C.A [with B.Sc., B Com, BBM] · M.Sc.
