We need someone always to push us in the life. A customer needs to tell us consistently on the quality of the product. A techer needs to motivate us to secure good marks. A project manager needs to remind us on the delivery deadlines. If we need to be a college toper or school toper we need to put in the constant effort. If we take world's best person in any field they follow the statement: "Genius is largely the result of hard work, rather than an inspired flash of insight.
