Sairam! Dear Brothers and Sisters,

At this hour of a transition of Himalayan proportions at Prashanthinilayam and
even that effecting our lives which ever part of the world we live in, our
hearts pain for our beloved swami’s physical absence aggravated by the
malicious campaign. We as devotees of Swami must wake up and condemn the
falsehood. Swami knows the best. Let us pray to him that he clears our
confusions and bless us to be worthy components of his Play.

One aspect to this confusion is that Swami is leela swaroopa. For Him criticism
and praise are the same. His love is the same, both for those who criticizes or
praise him. He can take care. Yet we need to act. Here, I would like to narrate
an incident from the life of Adi Sankaracharya. When Adi Sankaracharya visited
Srisailam, a Kapalika, (black magician) asked him for his Life. Adi
Sankaracharya said he will give his life, but asked him to come on the next day
in the absence of his disciples because they might kill him. The next day
Padmapada who is a Narasimha Upasaka felt that something bad was about to
happen to his GURU. He prayed to Lord Narsimha and was blessed with the
appearance and strength of a lion and thus kills the Kapalika. Adi Shankara,
who was an avatar of Lord Shiva was powerful enough to deal with kapalika by
himslef. But he taught a lesson that a devotee should Cherish his relation to
GOD and should protect the gift of this relation at all costs.

At this stage we are faced with another conflict in our mind about what we are
expected to do, on one hand swami said not to bother about people who talk evil
things about you. Now this evil has come to our home, Prashanthinilayam and it
is about our Mother, Father and everything. Do we choose to remain calm and
peaceful when some one comes home and hurts our parents? I am sure it is big
NO. Response is going to be firm, very firm. It is time to respond and of
course not for over reacting.

SO, IT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PROTECT OUR MOTHER, OUR FATHER AND OUR GOD, OUR
MOST BELOVED SWAMI. It is time for us to stand up to his test and make him feel
proud of us, his children. This requires us to keep the decorum and discipline
in our responses and be good exemplary children of Sai and get good name to our
Mother Sai.

1) How much we all were pained to see the false news from papers like Andhra
Jyoti.
2) How much pain the false news from News channels like TV9/ZEE gave us.
3) How many of us felt the agonizing pain to read the news items and blogs
talking gross lies about swami and the trust.

I am sure every one of us were hurt. Yet none of us acted so far. Don’t expect
someone to take the initiative, you do it.

Let us understand the Trust members are all highly dedicated to swami and
reputed and do not need to do any money swindling at this stage of their
accomplished lives. At this time they are like all of us in a shock to miss
swami physically, they need our support and our trust in them and their
integrity. At this stage when swami decided to keep out physically, the Trust
members have the duty to carry forward his work. To lack trust in the Trust
Swami created is to lack trust in swami himself. Do we really intend to do that?
Brothers and sisters,
EVERY ONE in INDIA/Outside India devotees need to stand out and declare in one
voice that we shall never let anything tarnish our Mother Sai’s reputation.
We should all unite and show to the world that we will not be mute spectators
to the malicious drama going on against the greatest god of our lives. We all
with utmost humility and due respects to all concerned, shall Condemn it,
Talk/Mail/Petion against these vested interests in Media and wherever they are.

Please WAKE UP for our next generation.. We all enjoyed/blessed by being born
when Bhagavan was physically there. Let not our future generations tell us that
we were the ones that brought infamy to the divinity through our inaction and
made them to losers of the divine benevolence. Let us not let down swami by not
rising to the occasion and his expectations. Let us not let Swami down by
failing in the test he has put us to.

IT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO SAVE OUR SWAMI’s REPUTATION and SWAMI's TRUST for
our future generations from the vested interest groups, people with selfish
motives and unethical journalism tarnishing the image of swami and the great
tasks that his Trust should continue to perform.
Let us at the outset start to practice his teachings of human values.
Let us all wake up and act against this negativity with Swami’s name on our
lips with the discipline and devotion that he taught us..
Lets each and every one of us wake up and act and do what you can.
