True, the BSNL net freezes every now and then in Saligao. It needs a hard reset (of the modem, not the comp) to get it restarted.
Not sure if this is due to the electricity glitches, or some BSNL hassles. I think it's the former, with power fluctuating every few minutes. Maybe someone from Saligao could give us feedback.
