Hi Ashley, Frankly speaking, this is a waste of time if I understand it right. Saligao should be just simply recognized as Saligao. If it had been left the way it is since the 70's (read Ricky's email) then probably we could be proud of this so called heritage village. It started deteriorating when Padmanab (next to Dilip) built that monstrosity (God rest his soul) - his chai shop used to be one of our hangouts!!!
