Dears i ahve been unofficially told by the secretary of the panchayat that the gram sabha is set for the 29th of this month of in 2 weeks if you please. PLEASE DO COME FOR THIS GRAM SABHA IF YOU ARE IN GOA. OR TELL UR NEAR AND DEAR ONES IN SALIGAO TO COME FOR IT.
points which we will debate and ratify on this gram sabha include 1)explanation of stage I and stage II of the RP2021. stage one which we have completed is ONLY ground reality. 2)explanation of current village MAP 3)playground for the village? 4)Resolutions to be tabbed in the gram sabha 1.Illegal structures in fields, should they be to be regularised – total nos approx 17 2.houses all over saligao where zone change from orchard to settlement not done to be regularised? total approx 90+ 3.VP status of the village – FAR allowed etc.. 4.NEW MDR has to be rejected 5.road widths defined clearly 1.– mdr as 12 meters frozen development - in other words NO furthur expantion will be allowed in areas where it touches the boundary wall of exisiting houses. it will be expanded to full 12 meters only in area where it can be expanded. new deveopments along the rd will have to maintain setback 2.village roads as those having 5 and 6 meter widths 3.other village roads / streets of 2,3,4 meters width which should be taken care of by panchayat only note these are ALL just proposals as of now... each is debateable.. so come and lend ur voice thanks Ashley -- Linux is to computing what freedom is to mankind...and then there's Microsoft Devine Computers Abreovaddo, Saligao, Bardez, Goa.
