I completely understand the outburst. I would have probably felt the same if I were a victim of someone else's totally selfish acts. So, in the spirit of the season, and because of my large-heartedness, you are completely forgiven, Ashley :) - but not Kineco....there's no way that company could ever get my forgiveness, ever!!!
BTW, I hope you are following Dr. Annette's advice, and feeling better! Good for you, Annette, being elevated to the status of a medical professional - What does one have to do to achieve that status.....just sit at your computer and dole out good advice?? But, all jokes aside, you are pretty conversant with herbal remedies and all that stuff, and have my undiluted respect on that score. Maybe you (and Albert D'Souza - Saligao) and others should consider compiling a book with all this stuff. Ashley, here is experienced "Dr. Annette Quack" advice - do warm, mild salt water gargles 3-4 times a day, sip hot water whenever you can, take an antihistamine for a few nights, preference is Clarintin or Aerius (maximum 10 nights), chew 3 herbal lozenges a day - "Islamoos" .... the lozenges, as the latter part of the name suggests, contain extracts from the moss on the Swiss mountains; or alternatively take the syrup Prospan which contains dry Ivy leaf extract ..... all this works....all the best! And to all the experienced, smart Doctors out there, hope I didnt tread on your toes, ...just combining "old granny's" medecines with modern day over the counter remedies..... hence I changed my surname for the moment.
