Dear Saligaokars,

Well the issue with regards to the Gaddas seem to be taking a path that will
not resolve the great problem it causes by its existance at that junction.

The issue of how the gaddas came there, who owns the land that the road had
alsready bein built on and so on are petty issues in my opinion. The actual
problem is the location of these gaddas.

The body / authority that gave NOC's / permissions for these gaddas to be
set up, may have not foreseen this as a traffic hazard at the time of
issuing these NOC's / permissions, however now it with out a doubt is a
hazard, and all i think needs to be done is that relocation of these gaddas
is what should be looked at.

I personally think the entrepreneur who sells omelet pav etc at the
junction, makes the best stuff i have ever had. the big picture of traffic
hazards and threat to life, is the least of his worries. It is for elected
bodies to have better planning, and to act upon something that people see as
a genuine problem. Austy i honestly think you have all the powers to resolve
this issue, by simply relocating the gaddas.

The gadda owner might want his gadda on the center line of the chogam road,
that doest mean he gets it.
Here is a classic case of i believe an NOC given in good faith, however not
knowing the hazard it would cause. All that needs to be done is ACTION IN
THE RIGHT DIRECTION from the authority, in this case i believe is the
communidade.

I am confidant that the current elected communidade members will act on
this, IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION.
