Hi Maurice,Insane it may sound to you, but this is reality. By the way George is also a part of this entire communidade action, and for your information these N.O.C given by the communidade were given much before the RP2021 was discussed by us.
I sometimes wonder, after all this talk and debate that we have here on the net, and within the panchayat and communidade, what would happen to the part of cottula/muddavaddo, where structures are touching the road, and shops cater to people on bikes and cars directly. It also happens in Arrarim, where there main road is very narrow and houses and businesses border the road on both sides....! I was a party to the N.O.C. given by the communidade for these spots. I still feel that unnecessary hue and cry is being raised on this issue. These kiosks are usually open for business only on the evenings. However if need be the panchayat is free to cancel/revoke the licence given to them and the communidade will refund the balance of their fees (which were calculated at Rs. 5.00 (five) a day) if the parties approach us. with regards Austin On Thu, Jun 18, 2009 at 7:05 PM, Maurice Britto <[email protected]>wrote: > Hey Ash, > > This is insane.
