Dear Netter Power failure is caused because the lines are bissected. That is two wires are joined together. The second cause is the transformers are rusty. The joints at the poles are not done properly. The fuse wires should be changed. The load should be checked. too many connections are given. In some places heavy load is used on one phase connection. Change over of phases in homes and other establishments causes one line to be over burderned. People do not take three phase connections and use too many gadgets. Commercial establishements are set up in residential areas. The builders draw illegal electricity.
