Hi rico i totally agree with maurices viewpoints below.. do u even know these panchs before defending them? i for one am no at all agianst ppl not doing furthur studies. i myself with my knowledge and manpower are only 12th pass!!! but still i am something. but no. what we are questioning is NOT illetracy in the panchayet but totally apathy and selfishness and lack of understanding and moral values and so much more!!!! even though i was not around i symathise with alics viewpoints and disagree with yours
