The name is BHOLANATH GHADI SAKHALKAR He was my next door neighbour, and lived most of the time in his Family house, on the rear side of our Family House until he moved out to live in his present day appartment. We still enjoy very good old neighbourly and friendly relations with him and his family. There exists a fairly big Property in between both our houses which your grandfather David Delaney was kind enough to sell to us. We purchased the said property more out of necessity and because of its strategic importantance, as it came in between our Olden-Day Outhouse, with Piggy Toilet and Firewood Storehouse. It was more than a 25 year legal battle in the court for us trying to secure the property. To cut a long story short Thanks to our other immediate and rather hostile neighbours who are now presently involved in another huge illegal construction !!!! Severals times in a week Bhola passes through this property, and also brushes past this Illegal construction on his way to visit his folks............................................. ;) The Keyword here is VOTEBANK No hard feelings Ashley, BTW it is mostly our right hands which do most of the wrongs if at all.....our poor Left hands !!
