Our heartfelt condolences to the Cordeiro family, and to Rosette's husband Phillip and her children, too. I also remember the Cordeiro family as very cheerful and nice people. Losses like this must be extremely hard to bear, and all we can hope for is that our few words and sentiments bring some comfort to the ones who grieve.

Rosette & parents were usually in their balcony wishing all who passed by & very often we spent more than 10 minutes chatting since Rosette's mum was always happy to talk. & yes, Rico, you are right, when this Cordeiro family returned to Goa from Africa they built their house & painted it a cheerful colour. I think vanilla & maroon - hence your memories of icecream. Once again, I extend my condolences to the family of Rosette & pray for the eternal repose of her soul.
