This is a case of better late than never!
Just got back from vacation & realised that I missed out on this mail. Sorry to the Cordeiro family. I recall sending a condolence message on the demise of Rosette & it seems the Cordeiro family has had a lot of grief. I did get an acknowledgement from Jeannette. Frances, I was very sorry to hear of the sad demise of your beloved dad. On behalf of my family and myself, I wish to convey our heartfelt sympathy to you, your siblings & your mum... and do convey our condolences to the rest of your bereaved family. The passing away of your dad will be a great loss to you all and we (including mum & Fiona) pray that God gives you all the strength to bear your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all for the eternal repose of his soul. Frances I remember your parents from the time I was a young child in Dar - soft spoken people & if I recall correctly, you are the same. Guess your mum is still smart & stylish & I remember your dad because of his smile. Age has got the better of me now & I cant recall the others in your family. Of course in Goa we were always meeting & I do remember you & Carol when you were in school & in Saligao. So as the saying goes or is it the song?? - Memories linger on... Once again, please accept our condolences & Mum & Fiona add theirs too. They have the same memories as I have.
