Folks ! This is one die-hard Salganvkar who has always selflessly spared much of his time and done his best to keep the Saligao Flag flying high in Dubai-UAE. Hes put together Saligao Soccer Teams, Organized May Feast Grand Celebrations year after year other get togethers, Picnics, Eucharistic Celebrations etc etc. I do believe he is a talented MC too (Master of Ceremonies) for Social Events He's got a fairly new house in Saligao bang next to Gerson Sa Ribeiro's by the road and has hardly lived in in Saligao like most of us but has done more than most of us put together. Offcourse with much help always from his his Core Group of Saligao Chappies in Dubai. Attaboy Melvin !! Keep it up !! keep our Saligao Standard (Flag) flying high always.
