I am still trying to figure out who is Melvin from Donvaddo especially now that I read about his house being near Gerson Ribeiro Sa's house. What new house? Guess since he hasnt lived in Saligao, I havent met him but he is a Vaz like I am (nee) so.... Hmm! Just remembered, ...after Gerson's house & at entrance to rest of Donvaddo there is a Martha Vaz whom I know quite well & met her two daughters once when they visited her from abroad. My letters to my mother (who is also Martha Vas) kept reaching her door instead of ours. (to avoid confusion I now address all my mail to my sister)... So any relation then? That is the only new house (or comparitively new one) that I recall. And yeh I fully agree with Maxwell's last two lines of his last para. Hes put together Saligao Soccer Teams, Organized May Feast Grand Celebrations year after year other get togethers, Picnics, Eucharistic Celebrations etc etc. I do believe he is a talented MC too (Master of Ceremonies) for Social Events He's got a fairly new house in Saligao bang next to Gerson Sa Ribeiro's by the road and has hardly lived in in Saligao like most of us but has done more than most of us put together. Offcourse with much help always from his his Core Group of Saligao Chappies in Dubai. Attaboy Melvin !! Keep it up !! keep our Saligao Standard (Flag) flying high always.
