Heartfelt Condolences to the Mascarenhas Family. Rightly described below - ''Voltar'' the Mascarenhas Home and Family were known to many not just because of its location but also because of the warmth that Aunty Peggy, Uncle Anthony and their children spread to the residents of Saligao.
I personally have known Luella, Rowena and Basil as I grew up in Saligao and would like to say - May Our Good Lord give each of you and all of your family members the strength and courage to bear this loss.
