Hi Rico,
talking about the market, you fail to mention that although the market
has been demolished, the debris has been dumped in the feild right
opposite the panchayet and into the fields blocking the magnificent view
of the church!!!
while just blocking the view is bad, whats worse is the dumping of the
debris in the field which is illegal!!! i hope the communidade is taking
action, i did my bit and reported it to 1097 the flying squad, but i
dont know if any action was taken.

Another thing: the Saligao market has finally been demolished. There
was a bulldozer (or whatever) nearby and hopefully the long-awaited
renovation will happen soon. FN
