Not having stayed in Saligao over the last 3 years even though in Goa, dont know what's going on except for what I hear from the family or what I read over this forum, but from past years, know exactly what Saliganvkars are facing - ..as Ashley so aptly put it ...."sad state of affairs we are living in".... & I can tack on .....sad state of affairs we have been living in - most dont lend a ear even though they are in a position to do so.
