Dear Saligaonkars.I shall share with you what the people of Lingraspuram a small village in Bangalore are doing.Most of the villagers have formed a group called Gago. They have executive committee . They meet once a month that is the whole general body and there they discuss their problems. In the following meeting of theirs they bring the concern govermnent officer to answer to their queires. They publish a bullettin and highlight all their activities. Since they bring the top person from the concerned department the lower people get mortally scared of this organisation.
