Yet, everyone speaks in the name of "development" and believes they're doing the planet a great favour! Personally, I would anyday prefer a *poor* mobile signal to potential hazards which are still only being properly understood. Better still, can we push for improved BSNL landline facilities, that have served us well even when these were in skeletal form in the early 1990s?
