Dear Saligao friends, its amazing to be connected to Saligao net and get to know that people who are born here also dont know who's contesting... obviously there is no such thing as accountability ... We applied for voters ID (as both jay n me don't have a voters id from anywhere else and now have made saligao home since 3+ years ) but ....yet to hear of it... so , me and "outsider" Indian does not know anything except that we've had the most negative undesirable experiences with current members so hoping for a change....
