There are many artisans in Saligao, some of whom my wife uses to get her work done for accesories in her garments as a fashion designer (work in clay etc..). none of these artisans to my knowledge were approached for stalls for this event. I wonder what local talent is being promoted as the agenda does not mention the same. only those with money to afford the stalls?

A special section on Saligao Village will there showcasing the history of the church, the village and the heritage houses in the village.The entertainment programme will include performances of Goan dances like Dhalo, Mando, Fugdi, Ghode Modni, Goff, Divli dance, Kunbi dance, Kalshi dance, fisherfolk dance and the likes along with other traditional Goan folk dances like Jagor, Morulo, Khel Tiatr, brass band, etc. During all four days, folk artists in traditional Goan dance costumes will be moving around entertaining the crowd.
