Dear Rico, The Electricity dept seems really thick skinned and could not care less. The situation is getting from bad to worse. This is not a single day without 3-4 power outages. Our equipment is surely getting fried in the process. Every morning and night there are guaranteed outages.
We should have a strong letter made , giving details of outages, with a signature campaign and go and meet the minister if required. Rico, Could you please draft a letter on behalf of the residents ?
