I would like to remid Saligao
that :
1. I was attacked in broad daylight on 07/nov 2011 with acrow bar at 3.30
pm on main chogm rd after my car n me being blocaded for the distance from
chogm cross to old cane shop point .
2. It is almost 2 yrs the assailant Kalidas kidnekar who ADMITTED to him
attacking me in calangute PS where FIR was filed n subsequently the Court.
3. This attack was outcomeof my fifling complaints at Panchayat , PHC n BDo
, Mapusa n Panjim Coprporation for illegal room built over thursday , fri
sat & sunday of 22 nov 2011.
4. The one room house without toilet , spectic tank or kitchen drains n
socak pits is occupied since by Saligao local Vinod Vaidya & his wife .
Electricity has been provided
5. I have made personal representation to the Great Sarpanch Mr Eknath
Osrkar much appluaded by M& m continually for the integrity he seems to
have been lacking in addressing a braod daylight asault on me a saligao
resident
6. This illegal hut has been made by material provided by Mr sumeet Chopra
I am witness to material movement from his sites .
7. This ilegal hut is made in storm water drain between 106.6 orchard site
of sumeet chopra n next orchard site owned by one Nevelle.
8. The Director Municiplaity MR elvis Gomes explained to me this is common
tactic to make a illegal str over a weekend n then get a HNo N electricity
cnxn n then the Orchard land of 106/6 of Mr Sumeet chopra can have a new
construction disguised as rennonvation..etc
9. I followed up throught the calender yr of 7/11/2011 to 7/11/2012 . with
Mr Nolasoc rapuso.
10. In may 2013 I got a notice from Mapusa court that Calangute Ps was
praying for case closure on basis of "No evidence"
10. dear saligao people I a lady , a mother of a 14yr old was attacked with
acrwo bar smashing my windsheild of my big jeep in braod daylight. My life
n life of other people on the road was put to risk, the assailiant wanted
to hit my face but could not withstand the traffic.
11. I have approached everyone - Sarpanch, Police staion Dean D cruz
communidade , TCp, BDo PHC with this ilegal construction also some citizens
forum of saligao , Ashley n of course all neighbours.. all seem blind all
seem deaf . May the truth prevail.
12. On getting the notice from court that "Calangute PS want to Close the
case!!n let aoether murderer a GAON criminal roam scot free .. I protested
..
13, The comissioner of police read my complaint n all documnets n instated
a inquiry on the Investigating officer stating unequivocally that the Io n
local police are sheilding a criminal.
Jai ho!

My wind sheild was smashed. My life was nedangered The criminal lives n
walks amongst all of us here in saligao aradi.
Beware. Next cld be you not just the "outsider" from bangalore or the
black man from nigeria .. yes next cld be a daughter getting raped coz
crime goes unpunished.
& M& M , mr Eknath was unfeeling , unrepentant n in my opinion allegedly
complicit with these ilegal activities in orchard lands n land use change
in Rp 20 21 tree cutting illegal hutments illegal immigrants settlements ,
low level area filling.
Long live the corrput politician.
narkasur did I hear someone say....
Happy Festival of Lights .
