Ltd.* is going to launch with the support of *Goa Tourism Development Corporation and The Department of Transport-Goa*. This is a unique GPS cab service which will be run by women for women travelers in Goa under the prescribed meter rates as per *"The Director of Transport."* Through this service Green Earth is trying to create a new field of Job Opportunity for the women sector from all over Goa as a *"Travel Hostess."* These Travel Hostesses will require to drive the cabs only for women, children, senior citizens and families, sole male customers will not be allowed. These cabs will be luxury vehicles fitted with GPS monitoring system tracked by a 24 x 7 back office control room. There would be proper parking bays where they would wait for the instructions from the control room as these would be Radio Taxis. These Travel Hostesses will be trained under GTDC as certified Tourist Guides, Goa being a tourist destination. They will also be trained in Safe Driving techniques and measures, First Aid, Self Defense, and Soft Skills (communication, etiquettes, manners etc.) The salary scale would be as per corporate norms which is 10,000 (approx. as fixed) + PF+ESIC+ incentives + Loyalty Bonus. Our requirements: *1. *All the candidates must possess a valid minimum one-year-old *4Wheeler Driving License. * 2. Should be minimum XII pass (though as per transport rules to acquire a commercial license one should be minimum VIII pass therefore for deserving candidates there would be relaxation of minimum VIII pass). 3. Should be fluent in English and local language (preferred). 4. Should have a pleasing personality. 5. Only Female Candidates - Age 20-45 may apply. The candidates would be issued an offer letter after verification of their required documents. After accepting the letter, they would have to undergo the change of license status from Private to Professional and would have to apply for the badges (the expenses will be borne by the company) They will come on pay-roll with GreenEarth Translogistics as soon as their badges are issued.
