And I don't blame those slogging in the traditional sector -- work is hard, payment has traditionally been low, and, over and above, there is no dignity of labour in our society! Everyone wants a white-collar job, and why should those based here not aspire to the same?
We need to encourage local youth to enter these sectors, and let them demonstrate that it's worth their while. Others will join in.
