All ye Goan residents, when the power goes off, dial this number to complain 1912 . You will be amazed how it works. Spread this number among people in your area and storm the line every ten minutes. The line is linked to Delhi who is keeping watch. So our Goan office is on its toes. They are kind and courteous and give exact information about the reason why there is a power outage and will tell you when the power supply will be resumed. Applies only to Goa. Try. It Works.
