We can contact the person in charge of their electricity desk and go with her/ him to meet the local Junior Engineer (JE) at the Saligao office of the Elect. Dept. Rico, can you please talk to your neighbour Nicholas to fix an appointment with the JE. We, and others interested - more the better - can then go along with the SCCC member, talk to the JE and others higher up in the department...just for starters. In anything like this, let us think, *"long haul,"* or not think at all! Action and *only* people's action fixes it.
