The monsoons are (hopefully) in. It has rained in Saligao for much of the
day. On the flip side, our Arrarim electricity consumers didn't have power
for much of the afternoon. By night-time, it was darkness on the other
side of Saligao -- Cotula, etc.
Wonder if someone is trying to embarass the local MLA to show how
powerless the village is, even if represented by a deputy CM! Even in the
Salmona spring issue, the politics of the situation are lurking in the
background, even as local sharks take benefit of the same! FN
