Hope you all have started a good weekend. Ours has been very hot & humid
but that is expected over the next 5 months. Que sera, sera!

The monsoons are (hopefully) in. It has rained in Saligao for much of the
day. On the flip side, our Arrarim electricity consumers didn't have power
for much of the afternoon. By night-time, it was darkness on the other side
of Saligao -- Cotula, etc.
Something to celebrate? - the onset of the monsoons! Heard that all were
praying for rain, so prayers have been answered.
Wonder if someone is trying to embarass the local MLA to show how powerless
the village is, even if represented by a deputy CM! Even in the Salmona
spring issue, the politics of the situation are lurking in the background,
even as local sharks take benefit of the same!
I doubt it! Just the usual story.... when it rains, or the monsoons start,
one can be sure some parts of Saligao are without power, if not entire
Saligao .... nothing new here, nothing to do with the Dy. CM.
As for the Salmona Spring issue, I guess procedures are being followed,
hence we just have to wait & watch. Patience being the name of the game???
