The saligao (drupal based) portal which was hosted on http://saligao.goa-india.org/
seems to be inaccessible .Is this a domain problem or has this site been taken off the net?
Its very nice to see an active saligao mailing list . I hope this list will eventually evolve into
a self sustaining community portal .
