Of course I knew your younger siblings. I think Zeenat (hope I recall
the name right) was about three classes senior, with Jennifer

maybe Rhena. Rico, probably you are closer to the name, wasnt her name Zena?
this. In the Saligao of the 'seventies, the younger kids didn't fool with
the bigger ones... unless >you had a bigger sister or brother in their
class! Or, you just got out of their way...
Yep Rico, you were a toto then. But are you kidding? We werent such ogres
you know even if we were class captains or House captains or whatever... I
recall some of us like Maura, Aloma etc. making fuss of you young ones then
& usually laughed at the antics of the naughty but braver youngsters & we
were pulled up for that too by Sr. Veronica because she felt we had to show
a better example being older .... huh!... little did she know the mischief
we got up to. Those were the days as we were around only till March 1970
(actually I was in Lourdes Convent for just 3 years but they were a rich 3
years for me) though we visited at the annual gatherings & enjoyed the
various functions until I left for the Gulf 12 years later.
So many familiar names. Chris was and is a good friend. Django is
Christine's brother, whose neices have become swimming champs and
models in Goa, isn't it? Where is he now?
Oh knew that Christine & Django were sports people & Anil (Christine's
husband or did I bosh that name too?) was some champ - sailing or swimming
cant recall. So the children have followed in their footsteps eh, that is
news! Congratulations... better late than never! Met Christine in 2004.
