Hi Fred, Since you're a Saligaokar, thought I should inform you of a huge new slum being set up next to the Becker-Berger paints factory in Pilerne Industrial Estate, on the road going down to SAipem, on what looks like communidade land. The forest and trees had been cut and cleared on a huge plot in the middle of the jungle and alongside the factory a few days ago, and yesterday I saw a group of labourers setting up bamboo poles and topping them with tin roofs. One of your SAligao politicians obviously is setting up a vote-bank to win. Hope you can do something.
