We all get what we ask for. Did anyone meet together and find out why the
transformers have become rusty? Did any one ever bother to ask the MLA as
why we do not have trafic lights at certain junctions and why there is no
trafic control on the roads? Did the people of saligao threaten the
telephone department as why the phones are not ringing? we are sucegad
people will talk in the tinto and the church compound tall politics and
criticise people as why they left saligao thebeautiful saligao instead of
becoming aggresive. Take simple example. We have one bank in Saligao and one
sees big ques and people grumbling that their work is not done. Did anyone
phone to the higher authorities that the bank is not giving proper service?
I get the service I want. I demand that the bank should recognise me as a
customer. If I do not get this either I go to the website
www.bankofindia.com and write my complaint / suggestion and see that I get a
reply.Every bank has a zonal manager who is very particular about the
quality of service to the customer. You just have to phone and he will
literally remove the guts out of his staff.There was a time when goatelecom
would not even give time to see me, today they treat me like a king. Why? i
got my phone disconnected and took reliance phone. If reliance does not give
me enough service I immediately send a email to the top person in the rank
and next day people come to the door to inquire about the complaint and
phone calls one after the other.Do not be fooled because underground cables
are going to be laid .It is election stunt. it may be the cables are just
dug this year and the same cables may again be dug after five years.I
received representation from BSNL with an offer for broad band which I took.
Many times the department phones me to find out about the service of my
internet. see the change.
