This gives me another reason to visit California (which I haven't been able to do yet) besides hanging out with Jenny and family! Your illustrious, musclebound and environmentally friendly Governor was here recently in Ontario and I was impressed with his attitude towards stem cell research among other things. It's good to see that you will be focusing on local produce (of which you must have tons) in your restaurant as a major component of the environmental damage we are seeing today is due to transportation of groceries around the continent and in many cases, around the world.
