Chris! What a twist on your name, hey hey! (I always called you Christi, how
come this is the first time I heard about the kashti?) - ha ha!

Yeh I smiled then & ignored & I laugh now when I recall all the "names", but
let us say I feel quite proud to be called palm tree now or rather it was "O
Coqueiro" then or Amitabh Bachan. Both famous - did you see the "skeleton"
models walking the ramp on CNN etc. My figure is in vogue now - hey hey! &
now I'm no longer tall, I feel like a pygmy amongst the modern generation I
see around me - all palm trees nowadays, slim & willowy - that's why the
judges were able to select the recent Goan's May Queen & runners up on 31st
May. The pageant was a combination of beauty & brains. There used to be a
June King chosen in previous years, but the weather is weird now (very hot &
humid), so I guess we'll be giving it a miss this year. Havent heard news of
the same or perhaps the prospective kings are all busy..... with the Veneto,
Valleto (italian fast food outlet opened by Luwell's company) whatever.
