Hi. Just to clear up some of the confusion, I'm Dilip (Joe) of cruzmissile stock, and not an MLA. I have to apologise for making fun of that mattress, and I'm sure M&M realize its all tongue-in-cheek, including the 'lets send it to the panchayat' remark about which my mom called, and told me off. She's old but she knew what I was getting at! :-)
Is the new arrival, Patsy, my sister Zeena's close school friend? While I'm at it, I should comment on Saligao's needs. I would add 'inward investment' to the list. Saligao needs more small businesses and more jobs for her youth. The methods that can be used to attract inward investment are well-known, as are the rules for environmentally-friendly growth and development. Joe
