To give a maximum number of pupils an opportunity to participate, schools should enter different pupils for different competitions. 3. We would appreciate a phone call (0832 – 6571460 / 2706794) on or before July 14, confirming your schools participation. 4. Entry Forms, duly filled in should reach us on or before July 18, 2007. 5. Four staff members may accompany the teams who have to report at 0800hrs. 6. Pupils should be dressed in their school uniform and carry their ID Card. 7. Pupils should report at the Registration Desk with their teachers. 8. All participants should wear the badge given to them, pinned on their shirt/blouse and clearly visible to the judges. 9. Names and the school of the participants will not be disclosed to the judges. 10. The three best schools will receive prizes, sponsored by Goa Sudharop Trust. 11. Winners of awards for each competition will receive Proficiency Certificates. 12. All participants will receive a Participation Certificate. 13. The work of the pupils will be retained by the organizers and become their property. 14. The decision of the judges will be final and binding on the participants and the organizers will not entertain any queries regarding the judging and results.
