Hey Daniel, This is dreadful news to me abt the roads and power. I have not been to Goa for several years and was hoping to hear of progress.
There is a group of Americans who are organising a tour to Goa as part of their India tour. It was not part of their program but they changed it after my recommendations. In all 16 retired American couples will be visiting around the holiday season. I hope and pray that all goes well.
